Mr. Mason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of Oswego, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law (cum laude). He is a member of the New York State and Connecticut Bar Associations. Formerly Vice President of Central New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, he is named in A.M. Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters. Prior to joining USA TPA, he was the managing partner at Wolff, Goodrich, & Goldman (Syracuse, NY).

Tony D’Amato,
V.P. of Business Development & Client Services

Mr. D’Amato holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations and has an MBA from Syracuse University. Tony has more than 15 years of workers’ compensation experience across a variety of roles in both corporate and municipal management.

Donna Monteiro
Director of Claims

Ms. Monteiro holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Business Services. She has over 30 years experience in workers’ compensation, specifically in claims management. She is licensed as a New York State Adjuster and is a Workers’ Compensation Board Licensed Hearing Representative.
